These exercises along with providing flexibility will straighten your spine.
Now for lie down on the bed, you will not have to face any guilty. It must with a few extra minutes. Thus we have to come to our senses while performing the exercise.
Well, the action starts from the starting of your day itself. You should not try to spring yourself while waking up. Lie down for a while and then stretch your body for a little while. While doing so, you have to remove the pillow under your head and use a towel to roll and put it under your back. Try to form it as a cushion. It must be around three inches in the diameter. Please perform it during the evenings.
Here are the exercises you can do in bed
Now you have to push the cushion under your head. It must lie right beneath the blades of your shoulder. And put your arms away from your head. Now relax as you can see in the picture above. The fact is to stabilize yourself as if the ice does with the melting of cream in the sunlight. Have a bright lip on your face along with your belly. Your chest and your stomach must lie on the back of the cushion.
Now all other exercises are to complete when you place a towel cushion under your neck.
Try to put the cushion under your neck. Now warm up your hands by rubbing them with each, or you can even wash by rubbing the palms up with the face and your forehead. Now move at the back of your head and then around your ears. Perform the same for chest, neck, and the stomach.
Again by lying down on your back, and placing the cushion under your neck, take the right hand into the left one. Now you need to apply a little force and rub it with the little finger towards the elbow. Now lower down your hand to the waistline. It would help with the wringing wrong from the arm. Now perform the same with your other arm.
Now perform the same activity with your legs. You have to wrangle everything that is unnecessary. First, you have to start from your toes and then move to your ankle through the same crotch.
Keep your knees bent by lying on the ground. Take the hold for your left heel and then try to rub it as energetically you can. Now try to push the sole in a way such that it would touch the ground when you walk. These will turn out to be the roots. You will find them all under each toe and on the heel and sole.
You need to perform stretching through the whole body. Your fingers must get turned collapsed, and your hands must be behind your head. Now try to pull your toes in the up direction and toes downwards. Now try to lower down your arms in a way that it will move like a ballerina. Repeat the steps for the number of times.
Hold the opposite arm and the leg to perform side stretch. Bend the leg that is at rest from the knees point. Incline to the side when you turn your head to the stretched arms. Now shift to the arm and leg part and then repeat the steps for a couple of times.
For the next, you have to bend your knees and bring them to your belly. Your arms must be flat on the sides. Bent your legs to the left direction and then turn your head to the right.
Now repeat the same activity with the other side. Perform the exercise as many times you can.
