Here Are The 6 Natural Ways To Remove Blackheads and Whiteheads
- Lemon, honey, and sugar
To make this scrub cut a lemon into two halves and squeeze one of them in a bowl. Pour some honey and add some honey to it.
Now gently rub this on the affected areas for a couple of minutes. Wash off with cold water. Do this once a week and get good results.
2) Vaseline and plastic wrap
Take a bath in lukewarm water because it would open up your pores and also the skin tends to be softer after a shower. Now apply vaseline on the affected area and just wrap it up with clear plastic. Dip a towel in hot water and place it on the plastic till it becomes cool and then remove both the towel and the plastic. Then wipe off the vaseline and squeeze out the blackheads and whiteheads. Apply the lotion in the end. Do not repeat this process more than twice a month.
3) Coconut oil and essential oil
After a bath, take some coconut oil and heat it up for about 10 seconds. Use a dropper to add a few drops of lemon, lavender oil and tea tree oils and mix it until you get a smooth mixture. Now with the help of cotton wool apply it on the affected areas. Repeat the process at night and wash it off the next morning.
3) Cinnamon and oat flour
Take one tsp of oat flour, one tbsp of cinnamon and a few 2 tbsp of warm water. Make a thick paste and apply it to your face. Massage for a minute or so and then wash it off with cold water. This could be done twice a month.
