For beginners, the process of losing weight takes approximately 3 weeks. Before I decided to take on the process I tried to look it up on the internet where I joined this group called “-40 kg”. Here I’ve read about those who’ve lost their weight, how they did it and what method they used. After that I would put my concentration on their results. There were tons of pictures in that group. You wouldn’t believe it if I told you that I’d spent good 3 hours in front of my laptop reading up all the information while shoving half bowl of snack, 2 cups of coffee, and a can of yogurt down my own throat. And even after all that it was still impossible for me to pinpoint at how to lose weight quickly without a strict diet. Some people shed their extra kilograms by eating cucumbers and buckwheat while others only live on apples. Some are exhausted for trying too hard when in 6 months only 5 kg disappear. I have stopped using Eco Slim for the past 3 weeks and the lost weight didn’t return. Also, I have accustomed to eating less. I think I will post the link to Eco Slim just in case I might forget about it later on. I could wish for more weight loss…size 10 maybe?! Just because perfection has no limits!
