If you expose your skin to the dirt in the early times, then it can lead to the less sensitive skin to grow. It also prevents allergy and conditions such as eczema. Well, it also depends upon the climate of your place that how much you take a bath. If it is too hot, then you can shower every two or three days.
Showering in two to three days will also protect your skin from being damaged.
