Method 1: Promote Hair Growth and Prevent Hair Loss
if you want to save your hair from damage then the first thing that you have to do is prevent them from falling and for this nothing will work better then the eggs as it is rich in biotin, and much more other vitamins which are need of our hair whereas castor oil not only stimulates the hair growth but cleanses the scalp and keep your hair conditioned.
Things you’ll need:
- Eggs (rich in biotin) – 2
- Castor Oil (cleanses, repairs and protects the scalp) – 1 tablespoon
Step 1. Take two eggs and beat them
- Take a medium-size bowl and break open two eggs in it and to mix the yellow part with the white one use hand blender and blend it carefully and try not to be too harsh.
Step 2. Add castor oil
- Take one tablespoon of castor oil in a small size bowl and then add it to the beaten up eggs.
- Now you have the mixture of castor oil and 2 eggs, next thing that you have to do is mix it until it becomes frothy, you can also use the blender for easy blending.
Step 3. Store in a jar and apply on your scalp and hair
- Now take the mixture and pour it into a small jar to store the moisture and for easy application.
- Use a sufficient size brush for proper application of the mixture so that is could seep into your roots.
- Now after applying mask cover your hair with a shower cap and let the mixture stay for 25-30 minutes and then rinse it off using a mild shampoo.
- Use this mask once a week to bring back that shine and health of your hair.
