You will require:
- An airtight container
- Raw rice
Wash the rice twice to take that dirt away from it. Throw this water away to free the rice from impurities. Boil a cup of rice in 600 ml water. Cook the rice, strain it and let the water stay in an airtight container.
Let the water be in the fridge for 2-3 hours and let it cool down. Use this water as a toner or rinse your face with it once a day.
Rice water has vitamins B12, C and E. This combination helps in tightening the skin and helps shrink pores by making the skin soft and bright. It enhances the growth of skin cells, stimulates blood circulation and slows the aging process.
