For me, it is the primary requirement to take proper sleep. Many do not, and because of that, then had to face many problems during whole next day. Honestly saying, no one in the world takes adequate amount of sleep, not even me. It is not surprising to say that if we meet three friends, then there is at least one or two of them who do not take rest properly. Even if we ask some scientist for the views of sleeping, then we can see that they will say not even eight hours are enough to take the sleep. The adults in between the age of 25 to 65 years should aim to sleep for at least nine hours a day. But taking nine hours is difficult for us as we live in the busiest world. It is the reason why we are most sleep deprived. We do not shut our eyes due to this reason. But do you know that if your body does not rest properly, then it may lead to some severe effects on our body? Let me explain you some of them.

1. It is your health that suffers a lot.

When you do not sleep properly, your body blood pressure lowers down very often. After your heart beat rate decreases. It induces some chemicals in your skin and hence reduces inflammation.

Also, the risk of developing the heart diseases increases very sharply. It put us on the risk of other conditions even the deadly problems like heart attacks or the stroke.

2. Your memory fails down your work.

 

Our brain forms memories with the connection of two thoughts that relate to each other but in the two different parts of your mind that use brainwaves.

The problem generally occurs when you are feeling sleepy and when you are not fine then reading anything makes it harder to remember things.

According to the studies it was out that if we sleep correctly then it reduces the chemicals from your body that can damage your brain.

And we do not keep the check on your brain chemical it can lead to many diseases like dementia or Alzheimer.

 3. Your skills in making the decisions adequately weaken rapidly.

Like your memory decreases, in the same way, your ways and ideas for some work decrease. Making decisions regarding something is very important. It relies on the hours you take the sleep.

If you are the most tired, then it becomes difficult to make the critical decisions.

Now you must be thinking that how does it matter to make decisions with the sleep. When you get tired, you get frustrated, and this leads you to take wrong decisions always and mostly regarding your health problems. You are not able to guess what to eat or what not to do. You spend your whole time in being lazy rather than making it productive for you. It is like a vicious cycle.

4. The vision of your eyes decreases.

The eyes settle on the muscles just like the other parts of your body. The most critical issue is that which helps in moving your eyes up, down, and side-to-side.

When you get tired, then you will get double vision from your eyes. And thus it may lead to the troubles while reading something.

Sleep has one more name as shut-eye for a reason. It means if you are not going to take the proper nap and not giving rest to your eye muscles then it will affect your vision.

5. Weight yourself once again.

You must be thinking that how sleep affects the waistline. So let me tell you that if you are not going to take the rest, it will leave you hungry all time.

You should never get the rest less than seven hours a day. Otherwise, it will drain the body’s supply of leptin. Leptin is the chemical present in the body that keeps you active always. It makes you feel full all day.

At the same time, if you live without sleep for the longest time, it will give rise to the level of ghrelin. It is the chemical which makes you fat, and you crave for sugary foods all time.
