Lexi Redd and hubby Danny from Indiana weighed 485 lbs and 280 lbs respectively in the year 2016. They ended up losing 400 lbs together as a part of their new year’s resolution!
They didn’t have surgeries or any personal trainer. Their love and motivation drove them to work harder every day. They wanted to live a longer life and have kids in the future. This couple consumed about 8k calories every day. They eventually switched to home cooked meals and visited the gym 6 times a week.
